Workshop on Funding opportunities for Brazil-Europe mobility and cooperation (Horizon, MSCA, ERC, EURAXESS, FAPESP co-funding) for the São Paulo research community.
Target audience: Researchers interested in pursuing research in Europe or with European partners, including in the private sector; PhDs, post-docs and senior researchers.
The workshop will highlight possibilities of funding research projects by FAPESP within the framework of Horizon 2020 cooperation. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn about the Marie Sklodowska Curie Actions (MSCA) and the European Research Council (ERC) funding programmes to undertake doctoral, postdoctoral or research projects in Europe; the EURAXESS initiative will also be presented, providing free information and personalised support to researchers.
A special emphasis will be given to MSCA Rise call, with the MSCA National contact point for Brazil sharing practical tips on how to prepare a proposal.
RISE (Research & Innovation Staff Exchange) selects research and innovation projects in all areas of knowledge to be carried out through the exchange of personnel between European institutions and around the world. RISE is part of the Marie Sklodowska Curie Actions.
