In 2016, the most innovative entrepreneurship event in Latin America, held by Anprotec and Sebrae, will feature the local organization Business Incubators Network of Ceará (RIC – Rede de Incubadoras de Empresas do Ceará). The Conference will be held between October 17 and 20, in Fortaleza (CE), in the Centro de Eventos do Ceará (Av. Washington Soares, 999, bairro Edson Queiroz).
The mechanisms and spaces to generate new enterprises are significantly evolving, following the growing and differentiated demands of the society and the entrepreneurs. These demands can no longer be met by a single mechanism or by different types of space. The nature, the business segment, the innovation and the resource’s origin, the types of partnership and the development stage of the enterprises, among other factors, will determine which are the best support mechanisms and the best innovation areas for the enterprises.
Thus, technology centers, business incubators, accelerators, corporate ventures and co-working spaces need to work in harmony in order to leverage the systematic generation and the fast growth of new enterprises. From this synergy, the innovation mechanisms and spaces need to work together to increase the quantity and the quality of the supported enterprises, effectively contributing with the consolidation of the Brazilian’s innovation ecosystem.
In this scenario, the 26th Anprotec Conference aims to discuss the identity and the functions of these mechanisms and spaces, in order to identify trends, learn best practices, exchange experiences and point out ways that lead to strengthen the innovative entrepreneurship in Brazil and worldwide
