Alejandro Zurita - delegation of the European Union to Brazil - presents main outcomes of the event and workshop organised by FAPESP, CONFAP and Euraxess Links Brazil on March 8, 2017.
The morning programme was dedicated to the Brazilian scientific community (200 peopele) which was introduced to main features of H2020 and the actual way Brazilian partners can apply to the different call for proposals.
During the afternoon, INCOBRA organized a more restricted meeting for Brazilian State Funding Agencies. The meeting aimed at presenting key priority areas for EU-BR cooperation, which will be hopefully reflected in the next H2020 Work Programme, covering the period 2018-2020.
Bilat meeting is foreseen in June between Brazilian R&I actors (Ministries) and EU representatives, so to receive clear indications on Brazilian STI cooperation priorities and be able to include some of the elements in the main lines of the upcoming H2020 Work Programme.
